Our brief was to design and install a modern, energy-efficient heating solution that would improve reliability, reduce running costs and future-proof the building’s heating infrastructure. Versatile Plant Room
Complete Plant Room Transformation: The outdated heating system was completely stripped out and replaced with a modern, professionally designed plant room featuring neatly installed pipework with a Low Loss header to allow 4x heating zones to work independently and effectively. Insulated services and a logical layout for ease of maintenance and future servicing.
Engineered System Design: Every component was carefully selected and positioned to maximise efficiency, improve accessibility and create a plant room that does the job properly.
High-Efficiency Heating Solution
Cascade Boiler Installation: Multiple high-efficiency condensing boilers were installed in a cascade configuration, allowing the system to adjust output to match the building’s heating demand. This staged operation significantly improves seasonal efficiency while reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
Multi-Zone Heating Controls: A fully zoned heating system with WiFi controls enables different areas of the building to operate independently, ensuring heating is only delivered where and when it is required. This provides greater occupant comfort while substantially reducing energy waste.
